Even though 1998 was the beginning of a new journey, she had not taken gymnastics as a full-time sport until 2010.

So, luckily, Kat vested seventh position in the berth Olympics.

However, Kat had to win a series of matches to prove herself. And in 2015, she finished in seventh place in the individual finals at the World Championships in Denmark; thus, she again secured her place at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Not so surprisingly, Kat was the only GB trampolinist to have secured two consecutive berths at the Olympics.

Olympics

In 2012 Gymnastics Olympic Kat finished in fourth place; this qualifying event was held at the O2 Arena for the 2012 Summer Olympics.

Likewise, Kat secured the eighth position in the 2012 European Championships at an individual event.
