And at the age of eight, she, along with her brothers, practiced trampoline gymnastics together.
She went to Rochester Grammar School about Kat’s early schooling, which happened to be an all-girls school.
Besides, she also was a member of the Jumpers Trampoline Club (Kent) in Gillingham.
Moreover, after graduating from Grammar School, Kat joined MidKent College, and she did a Diploma in the BTEC and Sport course for a year, i.e., from September of 2003 and July 2004.
In 1998, Kat made her international circuit debut from World Age Games, and from there, her professional career leaped.

Even though 1998 was the beginning of a new journey, she had not taken gymnastics as a full-time sport until 2010.
Before working as a full-time trampolinist, Kat also won the 2009 Aalsmeer Flower Cup after UK Sport funded her.
Soon after, she began her career in 2010; she successfully won the British Championship twice and ended in the top three spots on two events during the 2011 World Cup competitions.
The same year Kat participated in Trampoline World Championships in Birmingham, England, United Kingdom.
In her introduction, before the championship, BBC Sport described Kat as “Great Britains’’ secret world number one.
In the 2012 games, she finished in the ninth position; however, as the National Olympic Committees allowed a max of two athletes to be sent to the Games, China had four competitors in the top eight.
So, luckily, Kat vested seventh position in the berth Olympics.
However, Kat had to win a series of matches to prove herself. And in 2015, she finished in seventh place in the individual finals at the World Championships in Denmark; thus, she again secured her place at the Rio 2016 Olympics.
Not so surprisingly, Kat was the only GB trampolinist to have secured two consecutive berths at the Olympics.
In 2012 Gymnastics Olympic Kat finished in fourth place; this qualifying event was held at the O2 Arena for the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Likewise, Kat secured the eighth position in the 2012 European Championships at an individual event.
Nonetheless, she won the silver medal alongside Amanda Parker in the synchronized competition.
But in 2012, she could not perform as expected and ended up in the ninth position. As a result, Kat failed to qualify for the finals in the individual Trampoline competition in the 2012 Olympics.
Unfortunately, even after so much hard work, Kat had never won any Olympics game throughout her career.
In 2011, Kat won her first-ever bronze medal at the world championship held in Birmingham, England.
Apart from that, she had also won a silver medal in the team event and a bronze medal in the synchro trampoline.
Again in 2013, Kat successfully regained her world championship title, and at the same event, she also won gold in the synchro trampoline.
That year was the best year for Kat as she, in the same game, also won the gold medal with her team in the team event.
In 2017 Driscoll could not do well in the world championship in the individual event but won a bronze medal in team invent along with her team.
In 2019, Kta and her team successfully won a silver medal. Besides, this event was held in Tokyo, Japan.

In 2012 and 2015, Kat represented Britain in the World Championship games and successfully won silver and gold medals, respectively.
Both these games helped Kat reach a higher level of success; everyone appreciated her performance.
Likewise, in 2016 and 2018, Kat finished the season after winning a bronze medal in the European Championship.
That would be surprising, but Kat had only participated in the world game once.
However, she managed to win the audience’s heart in that event, but she also won the gold medal in the synchro event.
But, in 2021, Kat all of a sudden announced her retirement.
In her farewell speech, Kat mentioned she had spent enough time of her life, and now it is high time for her to take a break.
