The 2020 NASCAR Cup Series winner Kevin Harvick, is the proud father of two kids: Keelan and Piper, with his wife of 22 years DeLana Harvick.
The American professional stock car racing driver & DeLana met in 2000 & married a year later.
It was the common racing interest of the couple that hit them off- his wife, the daughter of John Linville, has been around race tracks all her life.
Born on December 8, 1975, to parents Mike and JoNell (Walker), Harvick is best known for his success in the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) cup series.
He began kart racing at an early age after his parents gifted him a go-kart as a kindergarten graduation gift.
Growing up, Kevin was a fan of IndyCar driver and fellow Bakersfield native Rick Mears. He even raced a go-kart with Mears’s son Clint.
Although he went to Bakersfield College with the intention of majoring in architecture but dropped out in order to pursue a career as a full-time racer.
The NASCAR racer debuted his Craftsman Truck Series in 1995 at the Mesa Marin Raceway in his hometown of Bakersfield.
Throughout his career, he won several championships & awards.
Some of the notable ones are the 2020 NASCAR Cup Series, 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion, 2001 NASCAR Winston Cup Series Rookie of the Year 2000 NASCAR Busch Series Rookie of the Year.
Kevin Harvick Son: Keelan Harvick
Kevin’s son, Keelan, born on July 8, 2012, shares the same passion as his father for Kart racing.
In a podcast on the Youth, Inc. podcast, Kevin disclosed that his son’s interest in Karting began when the pandemic shut down most of the recreation and entertainment options.
Harvick admitted being tough at the beginning with his son’s training, but as time went by, Keelan significantly improved over a short period of time.
Today, Keelan is one of the most promising rising stars in the kart racing scene.
He has shown his talents multiple times on the tracks behind the wheels.
In April 2021, the father-son duo even competed in the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series race.
At only 10 years old, Keelan has already won multiple titles like 22 USPKS Nat (Mini), 21 SKUSA SuperNats, USPKS Nat, CKNA GrandNats 5, IAME GrandNat (Micro).

The NASCAR racer has a daughter named Piper as his second child, born on December 28, 2017.

Kevin & his wife DeLana Lynn Harvick, have known each other for more than two decades.
She was born on July 7, 1973, in Kernersville, North Carolina, to John Paul and Joyce Linville. Her father is a former Busch Series driver.
Before DeLana met Kevin, she worked as a public-relations representative for several racing drivers, inclusive of Randy LaJoie & Jeff Gordon.
The couple first met during a race at Michigan International Speedway in 2000, & got along instantly.
After dating for a year, they married on February 28, 2001, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
