Running back Omarion Hampton revealed that he is in a relationship with Lilly Heder.
The Los Angeles Chargers recently added Najee Harris to the roster and used their first-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft on prospect Omarion Hampton.
Hampton believes his play style and Harris’s can be special for the club. During his appearance on The Jim Rome Show, Hampton said,
“We know they’re going to run the ball, so I’m loving it,” “I’m excited, we got me and Najee, a dominant duo backfield. I’m excited to learn from him, I’m excited to get out there. We got a good offensive line, a good quarterback. I feel like we’re building something special here.”

Omarion, the No. 22 overall pick out of North Carolina, has shown at the college level that he can take on a workhorse back role, which may not be needed in Year 1 in the NFL.
The Tar Heel back finished his last college season with 2,033 yards from scrimmage, third-most in the nation.
In 12 games in his final season, Hampton averaged over 175 total yards per contest. He was also the fourth FBS player with 1,500-plus rush yards and 15-plus rush touchdowns in consecutive seasons since 2016.

On Friday, May 2, 2025, running back Omarion Hampton shared a joint Instagram post with his girlfriend Lilly Heder to officially confirm their relationship.
The post featured the running back’s memorable moments with Lilly. The first slide featured a solo picture of Lilly from her graduation day.
It was followed by a clip in which Lilly can be seen blowing out a candle placed on a fruit cake inside a wine glass.
The third slide featured a picture of the couple where the two can be seen sharing a side hug.
While Hampton has confirmed his relationship, Lilly first went public about their romance.
Last week, when the Chargers drafted Omarion with the 22nd overall pick in the first round, Heder paid a special tribute to him through an Instagram post.
She posted multiple pictures of Hampton and wrote,
“All the moments – those little Clayton kids would be so proud of us!! Having a front row seat to watch your dreams unfold has been so fun, you deserve all the things!!! bolt up.”

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2025.

Omarion Hampton’s girlfriend Lilly Heder’s mother, Kate Lewis Correia, and father, David Heder, separated shortly after her birth.
Her mother, Kate Lewis Correia, married Clayton resident Ronnie Correia, following a divorce.
Lilly’s father, David, graduated from Wilson Technical Community College.
From February 2008 to November 2010, he was the storage engineer and document management specialist at North Carolina State Employees Credit Union.
David has been the full-time support account manager at NetApp since December 2011.
On the other hand, her mother, Kate, lives in Clayton, North Carolina, and is the medical education coordinator at Harnett Health.
