Luis Arraez signed as an international free agent with Minnestone Twins in November 2013. He had an impressive record in the minor league of .331/.385/ .414 hitter in 367 games.
In 2015, as Luis made his debut with the Dominican Summer League Twins, he had hit .348/.433/.400/.833 with 15 RBI. The same year, as he played with GCL Twins, he recorded .306/.377/.388/.765 with 19 RBI.
