Mattie Rogers tied the knot with her husband, Season McCormick, in November 2021 in a not-so-ordinary setting.
The pair have been together for a very long time and reportedly started dating in 2017.
Sean has been supporting his then-girlfriend-now-wife Mattie since their initial dating phase.

Growing up, she was into cheerleading and gymnastics, and it was only in her late teens she fell in love with weightlifting.
At 17, she began training in CrossFit, and a year later, she competed in her first weightlifting meet.
Mattie made his International Weightlifting Federation debut at the 2014 IWF Pan-American Junior Championships and her senior debut at the 2015 World Championships.
The five-time Weightlifting National Championships gold winner has represented in the World Championships and has won four silvers (2017, 2019, 2021, and 2022).
Similarly, Rogers has won gold at the Pan American Championships in two weight classes: 81 kg (2020 Santo Domingo) and 76 kg (2022 Bogota).

The American weightlifter, Mattie Rogers, is married to her husband Sean McCormick. The pair shared their wedding vows in November 2021.
She announced her wedding with Sean via Instagram with a caption that read, “The thought of a traditional wedding for us kind of made me want to vomit. Here’s our day, our way.”
Indeed, their wedding was not a usual one. As they planned, they eloped to Iceland and said their ‘I Dos.’
However, this wasn’t their initial plan; they were planning something like a black sands beach in the background with the waves serenading them.
The McCormick couple’s wedding was initially scheduled for September 2019 but was later pushed to 2020.
Regarding Mattie’s husband, there is not much information about him.
Mattie Rogers Controversial Move To 81 Kg
The Olympic weightlifter initially started in the 69kg weight class and earned her first of the four world silvers in 2017.
However, the Olympic program omitted this weight class ahead of the Tokyo Games.
With this controversial decision ahead of the event, Rogers was left with no options but to move up to 87kg.
Despite the challenges and panic attacks, she performed admirably in Tokyo.
But, this was the end of her struggle with the weight class. For the upcoming Paris Olympics, new weight limits of 71kg and 81kg have been introduced.
However, this time around, it wouldn’t be a struggle for the Olympian as she had already competed in this weight class during the Pan American Championships in Argentina.
Nonetheless, she expressed her frustration towards the jury system at Olympic qualification events via Instagram.
