After the tournament, he stepped up to the top 50 in the single rankings.

The tennis player reached his third final of the season at the 2022 Hall of Fame Open and finally won his first ATP Tour title after defeating John Isner.

In 2023, he won his first ATP doubles title with Fabrice Martin, defeating Harri Heliovaara and Lloyd Glasspool.
