Mifflin High School gym coach William “Mike” Marshall of Columbus, Ohio, faces multiple allegations from former female students of years-long grooming and sexual assault, sparking public outcry and demands for an investigation and his removal from the school.
Survivor Nahne Chanti says that when she first tried to report the abuse she suffered from Marshall as a young student, she was ignored and not believed.
She now vows to stand with others who went through similar trauma because of him.
Echoing her courage, Stella Griffin posted a heartbreaking account on Facebook, stating:
“And for starters i apologize to any family of mine for the way yall had to find out but That man (Mr.Marshal) groomed me rapped me and took away my innocence even with him knowing that I was rapped when I was four he used that as if he was trying to comfort me and instead he used me at my most vulnerable time that man caused me to skip school I didn’t get to graduate and I never wanted to be apart of anything when it came down to that school they knew that man wasn’t right in the head and still let him around us I’ll never forget what the fuck he did to me in that room!!!!! And now I’m breaking my silence.”

As more women come forward, the allegations have caused deep concern among parents, students, and the community.
Mifflin High School is reportedly under investigation amid claims that Marshall is still employed there despite the growing number of accusations.
Advocate Tiana Marie emphasized in her Facebook post that authorities, including the school board and news outlets, have been notified, and she urged anyone with information to contact the police directly at 614-645-4701, writing:
“The police department said they cannot do anything unless I was an actual victim of William Mike Marshall who is STILL teaching at Mifflin High School… so I encourage ANYONE with a story to tell them to call 614-645-4701 and get this man out of these schools and away from these babies!!!!! If you have a child there talk to them and get to the bottom of these allegations!!!”

Community members like China Lenise have amplified the call for protection, pleading:
“Parents please talk to your kids! We have to protect our babies at ALL COST!! This whole #mifflinhighschool situation is scary, sick and very dangerous!!! Mike Marshall needs to be removed from Columbus City Schools and all youth sports!! It’s too many victims speaking out against him!!”
