Mike Thomas: Early Life
Thomas joined DuSable High School in Chicago, Illinois. There he led the Panthers football team to the state playoffs in 2010.
Mike started his college career in 2012 at the College of DuPage, situated in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. However, in 2013, he transferred to Dodge City Community College in Kansas.
After the season, Thomas signed with the University of Southern Mississippi. He played in Southern Mississippi from 2014 until 2016.

Mike signed a four-year contract with the Rams along with other rookies on June 9, 2016. He completed his rookie season with only three receptions for 37 yards.

On July 14, 2017, the NFL announced that Mike was suspended for the first four games of the 2017 season.
The then Rams wide receiver violated the league’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs and was not eligible to rejoin the team until after they played the Cowboys on October 1, 2017.
However, he was able to practice with the team at training camp and play in preseason games before the suspension went into effect.
Mike was a sixth-round pick in 2016. He had three catches for 37 yards in 15 games during his rookie season.
