Wake Forest, NC Native and New York Giants Star Dexter Lawrence and Wife Donna Keep Their Newborn Baby Girl Out of Limelight

Dexter Lawrence, an American professional football nose tackle for the New York Giants, and his wife, Donna McCain, are now proud parents of a baby girl.

The couple first shared the exciting news earlier this year on social media, announcing that they were expecting their first child together.

Since then, they have kept most of their journey private, sharing only limited glimpses of their life as they prepared for parenthood.

According to reports, Dexter and Donna welcomed their daughter in September 2025; however, the couple has not yet revealed her name or shared any photos, choosing to keep their newborn out of the limelight.

Furthermore, fans and well-wishers have been sending heartfelt congratulations, celebrating this new chapter in the couple’s lives, and are eager to learn more about their baby girl.

The three-time Pro Bowl Winner, Dexter Lawrence, and his wife, Donna McCain, tied the knot on June 27, 2024, at The Bradford in North Carolina, according to reports.

The couple met at Clemson University, where Dexter was an exceptional football player and Donna worked as an executive performance chef.

Dexter and Donna apparently began dating in 2021 and got engaged in July 2023.

Furthermore, Dexter and Donna Lawrence often share pictures of their romantic lives on social media, expressing love and pride for each other.

While Dexter Lawrence is thriving as an NFL player, his wife Donna is excelling in her career as a chef.

Donna McCain Lawrence has been serving as a private chef for professional athletes at Elite Performance Cuisine, LLC since 2019.

Before that, she worked as an executive performance chef at Clemson University from 2017 to 2019 and as a performance chef at the University of Alabama for two years.

Donna also served as a Culinary Sports Nutrition Intern at the University of Alabama, a food preparation chef at Charlotte Latin School, and a Food Production Associate at Wegmans Food Markets.

Likewise, Donna earned her Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson and Wales University and a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama.

While at Johnson and Wales University, Dexter’s wife, Donna, excelled as a volleyball player, playing for the women’s team. A native of Corning, New York, Donna also played multiple sports at Corning East High School.

In addition to her career as a chef, Donna Lawrence also serves as a certified Pilates Instructor.
