A 2019 NFL draft product, Johnson tried his best to stay in the NFL, but it seems fate had other things for him.

Before his rookie regular season, he sustained a season-ending injury, which ultimately put a conclusion to his football career.

So, the Alabama native joined the Minnetonka Police Department and is training to become a full-time police officer; he will be eligible in the summer of 2024.

A three-star prospect out of Hoover High School, Justin showed promising games; however, it didn’t get him the sights of any team in the 2019 NFL draft.

So, the Seattle Seahawks signed him as an undrafted free agent. But he didn’t see a single game in the NFL due to injuries.

Instead, the team waived him before the Cardinals took him in, only to be released later.

Then, Justin joined the USFL’s New Orleans Breakers before joining the police department.
