The 2022-23 Oregon Gatorade Player of the Year committed to play collegiate baseball at the University of Oregon.

Widely considered the best high school pitcher in the draft, the Miami Marlins drafted him as the tenth overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft.

Noble Meyer Parents: Mike & Erica

John Noble Meyer was born on January 10, 2005, to parents Mike and Erica in West Linn, Oregon.

Throughout his childhood, he developed a passion for baseball and would often play wiffle ball in the backyard with his father, considering it a home run if the ball landed in the neighbor’s yard.

Meyer expressed deep admiration for his parents, “Both of my parents are incredible people. They have taught me so many wonderful life lessons, taught me how to be humble, taught me how to be grateful for what I have worked for and what I’ve given, and they are both engineers and they worked incredibly hard to get where they are at and I really admire them. I hope to be as humble as they are one day.”

Influenced by his parents’ analytical mindset, as they both work as civil engineers, Meyer’s interest in pitching led him to explore the art of pitching through social media platforms.

He inherited their love for precision and problem-solving, as his favorite high school subject is advanced calculus.

Nobel’s younger brother, Brody Meyer, also plays baseball for Jesuit High School and is a 2026 grad class.

Noble Meyer Girlfriend: Mercedes Prats

The American pitcher, Nobel Meyer, is currently in a relationship with Mercedes Prats. Nobel’s girlfriend, Mercedes, attended the same high school as him, i.e., Jesuit High School.
