Prescott authorities have arrested Michael Ziminsky, 33, following allegations of sexual conduct with a minor and sexual abuse.

The Prescott Police Department confirmed that Ziminsky was taken into custody on August 18, 2025, and booked into the Yavapai County Jail on felony charges.

Police said their investigation revealed that Ziminsky allegedly began a sexual relationship earlier this year with a 16-year-old victim known to him.
