On November 18, 1992, Miller was born somewhere in Chicago, Illinois, United States. He is the son of Ricky Miller (Father) and Aniesha Scott (Mother).

Miller started his basketball career from his childhood days. After joining high school, he joined the school basketball team and played for it. The same goes for the university too.

Early Career

After Miller’s uncle took him away from Chicago street life to North Carolina, he played for the school football team while joining the North Chicago High School.

After that, he transformed to the Quality Education Academy, where his height increased by 8 inches during his sophomore season. During the time, he was also playing AAU basketball for D-One Sports.

Likewise, he was also able to lead the school to the National Christian Schools Athletic Association title.

For the 2012 NBA draft, Denver Nuggets selected Miller. While playing for the 2012 NBA Summer League, he averaged a score of 6.8 points and 5.2 rebounds.

On November 12, 2012, he was assigned to Iowa Energy by the Nuggets. However, the Nuggets again recalled him on December 2, 2012.

Miller made his first career NBA career start on January 9, 2014, when he played against Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Nuggets waived him on October 27, 2014.

After Nuggets, the basketball player joined Reno Bighorns on December 12, 2014. While playing for the team, he signed a 10-days contract with the Sacramento Kings.

Miller was also named the Futures All-Star team for the 2015 NBA D-League All-Star Game.

Quincy signed the 10 days contract with the Detroit Pistons on February 21, 2015. However, the contract was extended by Pistons, and he played for a few months for the Piston until he was traded to Brooklyn Nets.

Miller signed with Taoyuan Pauian Archiland in 2020 and played for the five games of the season.
