While playing for the Cavaliers, Sessions made a career-high record of 1075 total points and set career-high in field goal percentage (.466) and free throw percentage (.823).

Trade With Multiple Franchises

The basketball player was again traded to the Los Angeles Lakers, where he got an opportunity to play alongside NBA All-Star Kobe Bryant in the second half of the 2012 season.

After signing a two-year contract with Charlotte Bobcats on 13 July 2012, Ramon was again traded to his previous team, Milwaukee Bucks, on 20 February 2014.

The NBA player again left the Bucks to sign with Sacramento Kings on September 22, 2014 but was traded to Washington Wizards for Andre Miller.

From 2016 to 2018, Ramon played for Charlotte Hornet and the New York Knicks for a brief period before finally returning to Washington Wizards.
