Romeo Doubs doesn’t have a wife and isn’t married. The 23-year-old NFL player hasn’t shown his romantic partner on social media platforms.
The Packers wide receiver certainly doesn’t want to be a player known for his off-field antics. He is firmly set on wanting to be a valuable team player for the team his family has supported for years.
Doubs comes from an athletic family, with his father being a former football player with Southern Utah. His older brother, Jarmaine Jr, followed in their father’s footsteps and is playing in the IFL.
The Nevada alum, Romeo with Jordan Love, helped his side cause an upset against the Cowboys in the NFL playoffs. It was Doubs’ first playoff game and one to remember, with the wide receiver catching all six of his targets for 151 yards and a touchdown.
Romeo Doubs Wife: Is He Married?
The Packers wide receiver, Romeo Doubs, isn’t married and has kept his romantic life away from the limelight. The 23-year-old also seems single, having never shared a romantic picture with anyone on his Instagram handle.
We have heard many stories of NFL players tying the knot with their childhood or high school sweetheart right after graduating or debuting in the NFL. But Romeo, despite the name, didn’t follow in the footsteps of some of these players.
Born on April 13, 2000, Doubs is still a young player trying to make it cement his name in the NFL. Romeo isn’t very active on his Instagram handle and to date has only shared ten posts.
One of his first posts was with his mother, Nakima, and the post that followed was with his family. Since joining the NFL in 2022, Romeo has only shared four posts on his Instagram.
Some players do not share photos with their partners on Instagram, but their partners end up tagging them in pictures. But with Romeo, that is also not the case.
The NFL player hasn’t been tagged in any photos that could hint he is dating someone. For now, it seems Doubs is either keeping his romantic relationship a mystery or is focused on his rising career in the league.
Romeo Doubs Family: Meet Mother Nakima Whitley
Romeo Doubs was raised singlehandedly by his mother, Nakima Whitley. The wide receiver has never talked much about his father, Jarmaine Doubs Sr, a former collegiate football player at Southern Utah.
It is clear that Romeo shares a strong bond with his mother, Nakima, having previously shared photos of her on his social media handle.
Previously, Doubs shared that his mother became a huge Packers fan after Super Bowl XLV. That’s why it meant a lot for him to be drafted by them in 2022.
Romeo said he was well-versed in the Packer’s history because of his mom and that his mother’s favorite receivers were James Jones and Greg Jennings.
Nakima graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and probably paused her academic life to settle down with her family. But in 2013, proud Nakima shared a photo of her graduation day from Los Angeles Trade Tech.
She captioned the post, “Thankful I made it… Yesterday was an emotional day, but all I can say is, “We started from the bottom, now we are here!”
Doubs has three siblings, two brothers and a sister. His older brother, Jarmaine Doubs Jr, was previously a college football player at Southern Utah.
Currently, Romeo’s older brother, Jarmaine, plays in the Indoor Football League for Arizona Rattlers. He is available on Instagram and has shared a few posts about his time in the IFL.
Jarmaine is in his second season with the Rattlers and previously played for the San Diego Strike Force. Romeo’s other siblings-Nakano and Anastazia, have maintained a low profile.
