Amidst the search for Sergio Brown and his mother’s death probe, neighbor Carlos Cortez admitted feeling disturbed and altered recently.
He last encountered the mother and son on Thursday, witnessing Sergio on his Ring doorbell taking out trash and having a bonfire.
