He won the 2018 Foot Locker Cross Country Championships and finished second at the 2018 Nike Cross Nationals.

Cole also won four NCAA titles while competing for the University of Oregon, but announced turning professional on September 13, 2021, forgoing his remaining NCAA eligibility.

He made his professional debut in the 3,000-meter race at the 2022 Millrose Games and finished in third position.

Cole Hocker Is Possibly Dating Sarah Levy

However, he might be dating the University of Oregon alumna Sarah Levy. She was also a physical education teacher.

Sarah, an Oregon Ducks rowing team member, earned First Team Academic All-American honors in June 2021. She served as an environmental policy & communication intern at 15E Communications.

According to her LinkedIn profile, she is a project manager at the Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC).

Cole and Sarah may have been dating since August 12, 2023, when Cole posted a picture of them traveling to Leuven, Belgium.

However, Sarah commented that they were “strictly roommates” in the same picture, and Cole replied that they were “nothing more nothing less.”

According to the Roanoke Times, Cole rented a house with his girlfriend and two other post-collegiate athletes before buying that house in May.
