When Tony was playing for Arizona Cardinals, he had once gained 13% of his body fat, and even his Coach Buddy Morris had called him fat.
Later, Tony decided to get back to shape. His weight loss journey is an inspiration to many.
To get into better shape, Tony would wake up at 4 am for his runs, often followed by 24-Hour Fitness and workout. After a day-long workout, he would start to box at 6 pm.
