Donald Wesley Bryan is a professional golfer from Irmo, South Carolina, who plays on the Korn Ferry Tour. He turned professional in 2012 and qualified for the Korn Ferry Tour in 2016.

As Bryan secured three victories: the Chitimacha Louisiana Open, El Bosque Mexico Championship, and Digital Ally Open, he earned a promotion to the PGA Tour.

He made his mark on the PGA Tour on April 16, 2017, when he claimed his first victory at the RBC Heritage, an achievement that also granted him a spot at the esteemed 2018 Masters Tournament.

Notably, Bryan’s victory at the RBC Heritage made history, as he became the first player from South Carolina to win the event in its forty-nine-year history.

The win led Bryan to a career-best ranking of 37th in the Official World Golf Ranking.

Since she is not active on social media platforms and her Instagram is private, not much is known about her.

As for Wesley, he is very proud of his wife’s achievements. He often shares appreciation posts for his wife on special occasions, such as her birthday and their anniversary.

Speaking to Billy Graham in 2017, Wesley, recognizing his wife’s passion, said, ”I feel like she’s really called to be in the field of medicine and caring for her patients.”

Similarly, a year earlier, in 2016, in an interview shared by the Korn Ferry Tour, Wesley said that he started his professional golf journey with his wife by his side.

He said that it was a huge relief knowing that he is unconditionally loved by his wife despite the win or loss in games.

Wesley described their partnership as a team, likening their bond to that of peanut butter and jelly.

In the same interview, Elizabeth also said that she wholeheartedly supported Wesley’s passion for golf, knowing it was his true calling.

She also expressed her excitement in witnessing his years of dedication and hard work pay off.

Relationship Timeline And Kids

Bryan and Gray’s first met at pre-school when they were only 4. Growing up, they maintained a friendship and occasionally spent time together, thanks to their mutual friends.

However, it wasn’t until their junior year of high school that Wesley randomly called Elizabeth, sparking their romantic journey.

They started dating shortly after and continued their relationship throughout their high school and college.

Their first daughter, Hadley James Bryan, was born on 15th December 2018, and their second daughter, Winnie Elizabeth Bryan, was born on February 2021.

SC Passed Resolution To Celebrate Wesley Bryan Day

In February 2018, the South Carolina General Assembly adopted a resolution to officially recognize March 13, 2018, as “Wesley Bryan Day” in the SC state.

The purpose of the resolution was to commend Wesley Bryan for his outstanding accomplishments in the sport of golf.

Both House of Representatives and the Senate adopted the resolution. Isn’t it a great way to honor and show respect to a living legend?
