AJ Ferrari, born in Dallas, Texas, on July 24, 2001, is an American freestyle wrestler and former folkstyle wrestler.

Ferrari started his wrestling journey early on in high school. At Allen High School, he clinched two state championships and a Cadet Fargo National Championship in freestyle wrestling.

Later, in 2019, he joined Oklahoma State University. In his freshman year (2020–2021), he showcased skills, securing the Big 12 Conference title and earning the prestigious NCAA Division I Wrestling Championship at 197 pounds.

Moreover, during the 2020–2021 season, Ferrari, with a remarkable 12–1 record, made history as the first true freshman named the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the Big 12 Conference tournament.

However, the 2021–2022 season brought unforeseen challenges when Ferrari, holding an undefeated 10–0 record, faced a severe car accident.

The incident led to Ferrari’s withdrawal from the season due to injuries requiring surgery.

A.J. Ferrari has transitioned to mixed martial arts, training hard in striking and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, collaborating with fighters like Rodolfo Vieira and Jorge Masvidal at American Top Team.
