Xander Schauffele, an American professional golfer, has an older brother named Nicolas Schauffele.

Alexander Victor Schauffle, who plays on the PGA Tour, was born in San Diego, California, on October 25, 1993.

The player won the California State High School Championship (California Interscholastic Federation, CIF) in 2011 while playing for Scripps Ranch High School.

Following graduation, he attended California State University Long Beach, where he won the 2012 Big West Conference Freshman of the Year and 2012 First Team All-Big West awards.

He was eventually transferred to San Diego State University during his sophomore year, where he played for three years before starting his professional career. 

Xander made his PGA Tour debut in 2016 and recorded his first PGA tour victory at the Greenbrier Classic.

As a result, he became the first rookie ever to win the Tour Championship in 2017.

Xander had a close relationship with his brother Nico Schauffele. 

Both brothers were born to a father, Stefan Schauffele, who was a naturalized German/French immigrant, and a Taiwanese mother, Ping Yi Schauffele, who was raised in Japan.

Talking about his brother, Nico is three years older than Xander and works as a social media manager at Xander Schauffele Foundation. 

According to his Linkedin, he did his bachelor’s in Zoology at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2011 and obtained a master’s degree in ecosystem science and policy in Europe.

He eventually went to Japan to pursue his Environmental career at Institution for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) and worked as Intern for 3 months.

In addition, he worked as a visiting research advocate at the same company for 6 months and eventually came back to San Diego. 

Nico is currently in a relationship with a beautiful girl name, Diana Varon. The couple often travel together and are seen enjoying each other company.

However, it is unclear if they are married or not but their close relationship is clear from the cute pictures they post on social media.

Nico is quite a social person and often shares pictures of himself spending time with friends and family.

The couple met while studying at different universities and started dating in 2014. Schauffele attended and played golf at San Diego State University, while Maya went to the University of California, San Diego.

She completed her studies in science and public health at the University of California.

Moreover, in 2014, Maya served as a Campus Ambassador for the Peace Corps, an organization that provides assistance to developing countries.

During that same time period, she also worked as an operations intern for Project Concern International, a non-profit organization based in San Diego.

Later, she joined Planned Parenthood in 2015 as a patient flow coordinator.

In addition, she became a “Center Manager Flex” in the same company in December 2017.

The couple tend to keep a low profile, but due to Xander’s success in golf, it is probable that they won’t be able to stay out of the public eye for too long.
