The 75-year-old is currently single following the split from his fifth wife, Wendy Barlow, in September 2024.
Richard Morgan Fliehr, known professionally as Ric Flair, is an American professional wrestler who has been in the business for over 50 years and is widely regarded as one of the greatest of all time.
Flair is celebrated for his flamboyant in-ring personality, charismatic off-screen demeanor, and formidable wrestling prowess.
WWE officially recognizes him as a 16-time world champion, having held titles in the NWA, WCW, and WWF/WWE.
His signature move is the Figure-Four Leglock, and he is known for his strutting, rule-breaking antics, his famous “Woooo!” catchphrase, and his alter ego, the “Nature Boy.”
Flair has been inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame twice, once for his individual career and once as a member of The Four Horsemen.

Beyond his remarkable wrestling career, his personal life, too, has been marked with incredible highs and lows, including five marriages, numerous health problems, the tragic loss of his son Reid, and the legacy of his children who have followed in his footsteps in the wrestling world.
Ric’s First Wife, Leslie Goodman, Was The Mother Of His Eldest Son And Daughter
Ric’s first marriage was to Leslie Goodman, the mother of his first son, David Flair, and his first daughter, Megan Fliehr.
The pair married on August 28, 1971, and divorced 12 years later, in 1983.
David followed in his father’s footsteps and became a professional wrestler. He had a career in WCW and briefly in WWE.
He is married to his wife, Robin, and has two children, Pyper and Carter.
David’s sister, Megan, is married to Conrad Thompson, a wrestling promoter and broker.
They have one daughter and live in Huntsville, Alabama.
Megan did not pursue a wrestling career, instead pursuing bodybuilding.
Ric’s Second Wife Was Elizabeth Harrell
Shortly after his first divorce, Ric married Elizabeth Harrell in August 1983.
Their marriage lasted for 23 years, and they had two children, Ashley and Reid. They divorced in 2006.
Born on April 5, 1986, Ashley is better known by her ring name, Charlotte Flair. She is a highly successful WWE wrestler with 17 WWE championships.
Reid was born on February 26, 1988.
He also pursued a career in professional wrestling, appearing multiple times in the ring alongside his father, but tragically passed away on March 29, 2013, aged 25, due to a drug overdose.
Ric Married Tiffanny VanDenmark in 2006
Ric’s third marriage was to fitness competitor Tiffany VanDemark.
They married on May 27, 2006, but their marriage was short-lived, ending in divorce in 2009.
Ric did not have any children from this marriage nor any future relationships.
During their time together, Ric accused Tiffany of abuse.
Additionally, Ric’s considerable debt of millions of dollars at the time may have contributed to their strained marriage.
His financial troubles were largely due to his extravagant lifestyle and poor financial management.
Flair was known for his lavish spending habits, including expensive clothes and jewelry, and a penchant for partying.
One of his famous quotes is, “This is how I travel you jackass! Custom made, from head to toe, always have been, always will be!”
Additionally, he faced significant legal fees from his multiple divorces and other legal issues, including his 2004 “Plane Ride from Hell” sexual assault allegations, 2005 road rage incident, and 2008 physical altercation with his daughter Charlotte’s boyfriend.
Ric Then Married Jacqueline Beems
The same year he divorced VanDenmark, he married his fourth wife, Jacqueline Beems.
This marriage also ended in divorce, finalizing in 2014. During their marriage, Flair accused Jackie of abuse.
There was an incident where Jackie was reportedly arrested for allegedly attacking Flair, but the charges were later dropped due to lack of evidence.
Ric’s Fifth And Final(?) Wife Was Wendy Barlow
Ric married his fifth wife, Wendy Barlow, in 2018. He was 69 years old at the time.
They first met around 40 years ago when they both worked for World Championship Wrestling (WCW). Wendy played the character “Fifi the Maid” and served as Flair’s valet at some events.
Ric and Wendy held a wedding ceremony on September 12, 2018, at the Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach, Florida.
Although they celebrated their union with a beautiful ceremony, they later revealed that they never legally married, as they did not apply for a marriage certificate.
Wendy Barlow had four children from previous relationships: three daughters and a son named Sebastian Kidder.
In October 2024, Sebastian, who was 24 at the time, died by suicide at the family’s home in Georgia.
Wendy stood by Ric during some of his most challenging health crises.
In 2017, Ric faced severe health issues, including kidney failure and congestive heart failure, which required him to be placed in a medically induced coma.
Despite their strong bond, Ric and Wendy announced their separation in September 2024.
Ric expressed gratitude for Wendy’s support and the memories they shared, writing on Instagram,
They cited their busy schedules and difficulty maintaining their relationship as the primary reasons for their split.
At 75, Ric will unlikely marry again, but it wouldn’t be much of a shocker if he did.
