United States women’s national volleyball team libero Justine Wong-Orantes is now pregnant, as confirmed on her Instagram, where she captioned, “Baby Pham coming March 2026.”

Justine was born on October 6, 1995, in Torrance, California, and grew up in Cypress, California.

She comes from a mixed heritage, with Chinese ancestry on her mother’s side and Mexican ancestry on her father’s side.

Volleyball has always been a part of her family, as both of her parents played the sport, and her father also coached a club team.

Following her family’s tradition, at just 12 years old, she became the youngest female player to earn a AAA rating in beach volleyball.

She attended the University of Nebraska and played for the Cornhuskers from 2013 to 2016.

At Nebraska, she made major defensive contributions: she became the program’s all-time career leader in digs (1,890) during her time there.

Gold Medalist Justine Wong‑Orantes Announces Pregnancy With Husband Andrew Vu Pham!

Justine recently shared an Instagram post showing an ultrasound image of her baby, revealing that she is currently pregnant.

She shared her upcoming child with her husband, Thi‑Tuan (Andrew) Vu Pham (sometimes listed as Andrew Pham).

Justine married Andrew on October 5, 2024, in Plano, Texas, following a relationship that reportedly began around 2018.

While not officially confirmed, it is said that Andrew and Justine met at a volleyball event, as both are involved in sports; Andrew had been a college volleyball player.

This is the first time that Justine is pregnant, as she had been busy with her Olympic and gold medal journey in the past.

While she is currently signed with Athletes Unlimited Pro Volleyball Championship, her pregnancy announcement may prompt her to take a break from the game for a while.
