Milla Star Bizzotto, Who Once Made History and Overcame Bullies at the Age of 9, Now Inspires Others!

Born on December 30, 2006, Milla Star grew up in South Florida in a fitness‑focused family.

Her father, Christian Bizzotto, is a fitness instructor and gym owner, and Milla began spending time in his gym from a young age.

As she grew up, she trained regularly and developed a strong interest in sports and obstacle racing.

When Milla was in elementary school, she faced bullying from her classmates, which motivated her to become stronger and more confident.

Rather than accepting the negative treatment, she used fitness as a way to improve her self‑esteem and resilience.

She trained with her father for three hours a day, five days a week, to prepare her body and mind for challenges beyond her years.

At just 9 years old, Milla made history by becoming the youngest competitor to complete the 24‑hour BattleFrog Xtreme obstacle course race.

It was an event originally designed for U.S. Navy SEAL‑level adult athletes.

During that race, she ran a total of about 36 miles, swam about 8 kilometers, and tackled 25 demanding obstacles.

Her performance stood out because she was the only person under age 18 in the event, and she finished six full laps of the course.

Following her accomplishments, her dad, Christian Bizzotto, told CBS News;

“I think the bullying thing has died down without her having to take physical action just because her outlook is so much different now that she knows how to defend herself. I used to be super heavy set. I changed my whole life to be an example for her and if she’s an example for other kids that’s mission accomplished.”

To the same media, Milla Star also shared an inspirational message with everyone after she made history, saying;

I don’t want people to quit because they don’t believe in themselves because someone else says that they can believe in themselves.

Today, Milla continues to be known for sharing fitness and motivational content online, especially through platforms like Instagram.

She encourages others to lead healthier, more active lives while emphasizing that anyone can push past challenges with determination.
