Andrew Kittredge, an American professional baseball pitcher for the Chicago Cubs, married Tobey in 2017. They have two children, Brooks and Griffn.
Tobey has been a steady presence throughout Andrew’s career, and their small family resides in Spokane, Washington.
Andrew began playing baseball at Ferris High School, and the Seattle Mariners drafted him out of high school in the 45th round of the 2008 Major League Baseball draft.

Andrew Kittredge had a fun family trip to Disney World planned for the All-Star break in 2021, until his manager, Kevin Cash, called with an unexpected change of plans.
Instead of heading to the Magic Kingdom, he headed to Denver as a first-time All-Star.
The right-hander has been one of baseball’s most dominant relievers, posting a 1.47 ERA in 32 appearances with 43 strikeouts in 43 innings during the 2021 season.
Over his last 11 outings, he only allowed one run, proving to be a critical piece of the Rays’ bullpen.
What makes Kittredge even more valuable is his versatility.
He has pitched in every inning from the first to the 11th. That reliability earned him a late addition to the AL roster alongside Minnesota’s Taylor Rogers, replacing Yankees ace Gerrit Cole, and Seattle’s Yusei Kikuchi.
Kitt was a guy that we certainly were lobbying for. His numbers speak for themselves. He doesn’t have the saves that some of these closers have, but I don’t know if you could say that anybody has been more valuable to a bullpen. So extremely worthy of the honor.
