College Career 

Andy committed to his football career at Texas Christian University on October 19, 2005. During his first year, Andy Dalton was redshirted. However, he traveled with the team in every game.

He was also listed as Horned Frogs’ third-string quarterback behind redshirt freshman Marcus Jackson and senior Jeff Ballard. During the 2007 season, he was a starting quarterback with Jackson.

In addition, two weeks before the season opener against Baylor, Andy was named the starter by Gary Patterson. Gary was the head coach at TCU.

Andy Dalton played his first game for the Bengals against the Cleveland Browns on September 11, 2011.

‘Red Rifle’ completed 10 out of 15 attempts for 81 yards, a pass rate of 102.4, and a touchdown before getting injured. The Cincinnati Bengals won the game 27-17 against Cleveland Browns.

Andy Dalton threw four touchdowns passed against the division rival Baltimore Ravens on September 13, 2018.

His touchdowns happened during the first half, three of which were caught by A.J. Green. The Cincinnati Bengals would win the game 34-23 against Baltimore Ravens.
