Baldwin (fully named Beau Daniel Baldwin) was born on May 21, 1972, under Gemini’s sun sign. Apparently, born in Santa Barbara, California, he has a brother named Joe Baldwin.

Head Coach, Beau Baldwin

After years of being an assistant coach, Beau Baldwin finally starred as the head coach in 2007. 

Central Washington

Apparently, Baldwin coached just for a year at the Wildcats, where he maintained a 10–3 record.

Altogether, he led the team to the 2007 NCAA Division II playoffs and successfully defended Division II National Champion Grand Valley State.

During his supervision, the Wildcats averaged 31.4 points per game with 263.5 passing. 

Eastern Washington

A year later, he started coaching at Eastern Washington and led them with 6–5 overall and 5–3 in the Big Sky Conference during his first year.

After eight years of journey with Eastern Washington, Baldwin started to work for California as the offensive coordinator.

During the first year, Baldwin led the team for the Pac-12 Conference.

After three years with the team, Baldwin became Cal Poly’s head coach on December 10, 2019

He was formally introduced as the new head coach at a press conference inside the Recreation Center’s Multi-Activity Center by Cal Poly President Jeffrey Armstrong and Athletic Director Don Oberhelman.
