The XFL is very much similar to the NFL but with a traditional twist to its rules and regulations. XFL has sprouted numerous talents on the field.

Some of them eventually sign with the NFL for further career. Well, XFL gives the players a spotlight to carry themselves on. Like in the NFL or any field, we will also talk about the best players present.

10) Dan Williams

(Fully named: Daniel Ellis Williams, Nickname: Dan)

Currently, Williams is the wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Vipers. At present, he stands with 23 receptions, 338 yards, and a single touchdown. 

Indeed, he has been an astounding player and has partaken in the squad practice of four different NFL teams. His dream to have the best in NFL is still in the journey.

Initially, he graduated from East St. Louis High School and later joined Mississippi’s Jackson State University. Apparently, he gained his breakout season as a sophomore with 73 catches for 1,004 yards.

8) Martez Ivey

Martez Ivey is the offensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Vipers, who have currently signed with the Carolina Panthers.

With the XFL, he has posted a record of a league-high 828 rushing yards and six touchdowns.

Initially, Ivey commenced his gameplay in high school while he was with Apopka High School. Following it, he starred at the University of Florida. 

Looking back, Ivey started in the XFL as the draft from the 2nd round in phase two, and now he has signed with the NFL.

7) Jamar Summers

Summers is the cornerback for the New York Guardians drafted in the 1st round during phase four in the 2020 XFL Draft.

Right now, he stands with 16 tackles and one interception.

Before it, he had also featured in the AAF. Similarly, he had previously played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Birmingham Iron, Miami Dolphins, and the Detroit Lions. 

6) Derron Smith

Smith featured in the Dallas Renegades team as the free safety since his draft in the 2020 XFL Draft.

Along with the tram, Smith stands with sixteen tackles and a single interception.

Before signing in with the XFL, he has been bouncing from three different teams in NFL and even appeared for the AAF.

He played with Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, San Antonio Commanders, and Minnesota Vikings.

5) Donald Parham

As a matter of fact, XFL stood as the best place for the tight end to flourish his gameplays. After entering the Dallas Renegades in the 2020 XFL Draft.

Donald eventually led all the XFL tight ends with his 24 receptions for 307 yards and four touchdowns with the team. Before it, he had first signed with the Detroit Lions after he went undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Likewise, he went with the Washington Redskins later and currently is with the Los Angeles Chargers. 

4) Josh Johnson (Joshua Javon Johnson)

During Josh’s time as the quarterback for the Los Angeles Wildcats, he led XFL quarterbacks with an average of 8.0 yards, making him one of the best players.

Also, he has 11 touchdown passes in 135 attempts.

Up until today, Josh has played for sixteen teams across four different leagues. He commenced on the field starting from college football for the San Diego Toreros. 

Even playing since 2008, Josh did not earn his game as a starter until 2018. Back then, he was in the 11th season with the Washington Redskins. 

3) Jordan Ta’amu (Jordan Taalolo Ta’amu-Perifanos)

Jordan is a football quarterback who commenced displaying days through college football at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).

While with the St. Louis BlueHawks, Jordan led XFL quarterbacks with a 72% completion rate and 217 rushing yards.

Not to mention, he is also the only one of the XFL’s first eight quarterbacks not to have any professional regular-season experience. Additionally, he has played for the Houston Texans, Kansas City Chiefs, and Detroit Lions. 

2) Cam Phillips (Cameron Darnell Phillips)

Phillips is a wide receiver who currently plays for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL).

Before this, Cam also played for teams like Buffalo Bills, Houston Roughnecks, and Carolina Panthers.

During his XFL journey, he led the league with  455 receiving yards and nine touchdowns. Initially, he played college football at Virginia Tech, where he caught 236 passes in four seasons. 

1) P.J. Walker 

Walker is the football quarterback currently indulged with the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL).

Before this, he featured for the Houston Roughnecks of the XFL.
