Early Life & Family 

The professional builder, Brandon grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, and has Afro-American ethnicity.

Sadly, there is not much information about his father, mother, and siblings.

Talking about his career path, Curry got into weight training after receiving Hulk Hogan dumbbells on his sixth birthday.

According to him, his parents first put him in gymnastics classes as a kid. But, he was not interested in gymnastics at all.


Diving a bit into his education, Mr. Olympia attended Hunters Lane Comprehensive High School. He also played wrestling, track and field, and football while studying.

Most importantly, Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Middle Tennessee State University.

Bodybuilding Diet and Workout Routine

The elite athlete, Brandon was into bodybuilding from a young age. Moreover, young Curry was always active in sports such as wrestling and rugby since his school days.

Later, Brandon joined a local gym and started gaining muscles. To boot, he was also focused on diet routine and nutrition.

As per his plan, Brandon follows low carbs and high-protein diet.

To sum up, Brandon’s diet consists of supplements like protein, multivitamins, and fat burners, which help increase immune power.
