Brandon Ingram’s parents, Joann and Donald Ingram have given back to the community throughout the years. Donald works in the BXI Enterprise, a family business.
The couple tied the knot in 1996 and gave birth to Brandon a year later. Brandon shares a strong bond with his half-sibling, with his half-brother previously being a collegiate basketball player.
The second overall pick of the 2016 NBA Draft, Ingram played three seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers before moving to New Orleans Pelicans. He has also been representing Team USA on international stages since 2016.
The 6’8 small forward Ingram is part of Team USA taking part in the FIBA World Cup. Austin Reaves, Josh Hart, and Mikal Bridges are the other players who are part of the roster.

Brandon Ingram’s parents Joann, and Donald Ingram, raised three kids in Kinston, North Carolina. The couple tied the knot on March 23, 1996, and have always supported their youngest son’s athletic career.
Despite their son’s successful athletic career since a young age, the couple has tried to keep itself away from the public limelight. But whenever they have made media appearances, only good news has been heard.
With their son making it big time on the NBA, the couple has tried their best to give back to the community. In 2020, Donald Ingram donated $85,000 worth of Adidas shoes to UNC Lenoir Health Care employees.
It was the same hospital Brandon was born, and every year the family would organize events such as back-to-school bookbag giveaways, but to the pandemic, they decided to switch up the plan.
In 2017, Donald, with his wife Joann, donated $25,000 to several organizations after the Hurricane Matthew disaster hit North Carolina in October 2016.
Donald works as the COO of BXI Enterprise, and Joann is a manager at Neil Medical. The father of three, Donald, graduated from Fayetteville Tech, and his wife Joann earned a Business Administration degree at Lenoir Community College.
Brandon Ingram Siblings, Donovan, And Brittany
Brandon Ingram has two older siblings, Donovan Ingram and Brittany Drumgoole. Donovan is his half-sibling and a former basketball player.
Donovan “Bo” Ingram played collegiate basketball for the University of Texas at Arlington. Born on December 13, 1990, the 6’5 former basketball player joined the University of Texas at Arlington from South Plains College.
While at South Plains College in his sophomore year, Bo was named the Offensive Player of the Year. He led the team in scoring at 12.4 points per game. In his first and only year at Texas, Donovan was named Southland Conference Newcomer of the Year.
He played 26 starts and ranked second on the team for scoring with 11.2 points per game. Donovan worked for a while at BXI Enterprise before venturing into the entertainment industry. He is a music producer and was recently part of the song In His Bag by Kemp Dollas ft. B4LDUECE.
Donovan is available on Instagram with the username @hometeamb4lbo and shares photos with artists he works with.
Brandon’s older sister Brittany recently turned 33. On Facebook, Joann shared a photo of her daughter on July 11 to celebrate her 33rd birthday.
Brandon has also previously shared a picture as an appreciation post of the two women who have significantly impacted his basketball career.
