After spending one year at Knight, he transferred to Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada.

In his stints in Findlay Prep, he assisted the team in winning 54 consecutive games and an ESPN National High School Invitational championship in 2012.

College Career

Wood attended UNLV university, where he played for the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels men’s basketball team from 2013 to 2015.

He appeared in 30 games with two starts during his freshman year and logged 4.5 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.

He appeared in 33 games during his sophomore season and logged 15.7 points, ten rebounds, and 2.7 blocks per game.

Professional Career

After dealing with numerous assignments with the Delaware 87ers of the NBA Development League during his rookie season, 76ers waived him in January 2016.

Wood signed with the New Orleans Pelicans in March 2019.
