Infatuation with Stephanie McMahon

Talking of the tag team in professional wrestling, the Dudley Boyz are the most influential figures. The duo was able to revolutionize the concept of tag team wrestling at WWE.

Furthermore, the tag team is the synonym for tables. The Dudley Boyz are notorious for putting their opponent through objects.

In a recent interview, D’Von Dudley reveals his intention to do the same to Vince McMahon and Stephanie McMahon.

However, it was not the only thing D’Von Dudley wanted to do with her. The WWE Hall of Famer admits his infatuated feelings for Stephanie McMahon.

Moreover, D’Von Dudley states that he would also have loved to date, Stephanie. He quotes,

“I would have loved to have dated Stephanie McMahon. I am infatuated with Stephanie McMahon. She is beautiful inside and out, funny, and charismatic. She is everything that I would think that a woman should be if I wasn’t married [laughs],”

The daughter of Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, is a prominent figure in WWE television.

She has made on-screen appearances for more than two decades. Stephanie is married to Triple H and has three daughters with her husband.

Furthermore, during WWE, Ride Along D’Von, Dudley mentions Bubba’s joke on him when he revealed his crush and infatuation for Stephanie.

D-Von Dudley ‘comes out as gay’ and provokes fans with eccentric ‘ jokes.’

The departed wrestler – whose Dudley Boyz tag team with Bubba Ray is one of the most thriving tandems in the game’s chronicle– left fans scraping their heads and reasonably disturbed by his comments.

He originally raged that ‘dirt sheets’ – a jargon term used for wrestling news blogs – wouldn’t print his coming-out tale during a rant on the Table Talk podcast.

Following a fresh conversation in which he confessed to having a huge crush on Stephanie McMahon, he said:

‘I came out of the room. I tried to say I was gay, and I tried to come out of the closet and tell the truth.

‘They don’t want to print that. They don’t want to say that. I tried to say I was going to be on RuPaul’s Drag Race. They didn’t want to print that either. I’m upset.’

‘They can put false things like me falling in love with Triple H’s wife Stephanie McMahon, my fitness issues like I’m dying, they can put all of that up, but they can’t admit that I’m coming out the closet. I’m upset.’

Some news sites did print those remarks, indicating D-Von to laugh at them for reporting the direct quotes. He tweeted: ‘I think it’s funny.’

‘I didn’t think they would bite, but they did. LOL, I need to make up things more often.’ ‘Lmao, let them keep writing.’

I’ll look at it this way they must be watching a show every week to see what I’m gonna say I think that’s hilarious (sic)’ When a follower replied asking him to clarify whether he was actually gay or not, he responded: ‘No I’m not.

Not surprisingly, notwithstanding some laughing along, many fans were left shocked and a bit hindered by the situation, with many of them calling him out over the remarks.

D’von Dudley | Net worth, Salary & Quotes

In the Wrestling entertainment business context, the wrestler’s salary and payment differ accordingly and depend on experience, league, and success.

Following WWE, a median professional wrestler earns around $500,000 a year. However, some of them can even bag $1,000,000.

Putting it in contrast, a non-professional wrestler makes around $1000 or even less per match.

Despite his lack of a major contract with WE, ECW, and TNA, D’von has been a prominent figure in all of these organizations for over two decades.

The sort of longevity demonstrated by D’von Dudley has been rewarded handsomely. Currently, his net worth stands at an estimated $3.5 million.

The figure is pretty impressive for someone who has only held the Tag Team Championship within WWE.

At the age of 48, D’von has years left outside the ring as he operates as an agent and a producer backstage.
