Jeremy Lin is a former Taiwanese-American basketball player who played for 8 NBA teams over 9 seasons and earned Finals MVP honors.

Recently, in August 2025, he announced his retirement from professional basketball at age 37 via Instagram, calling it “the hardest decision I’ve ever made.”

He played professional basketball for 15 years, from 2010 to 2025, across the NBA, China, Taiwan, and the NBA G League.

On August 24, 2024, Jeremy Lin revealed that he and Kristina had welcomed their first son after Lin’s 36th birthday.

Lin shared the news on Instagram, calling his son “the best possible gift.”

Furthermore, he said that fatherhood has been the most meaningful experience of his life, even if it comes with less sleep.

Lin has always been private about his personal life, so fans were surprised when he revealed that he had become a father.
