Jaden had scholarship opportunities from North Carolina, Memphis, Florida, and Michigan alongside Tennessee, but he chose Tennessee.
It is a different fact that Jaden, one of the topmost players of the class of 2020, was a true fan of North Carolina. And yes, at the same time, he had a strong feeling about Memphis and its playing games for now.

Jaden Springer Will Be Back Against Arkansas
Tennessee’s fans were appalled and worried when their shooting guard, Jaden Springer, left midway after suffering from a left ankle injury.
Despite trying to return, the freshman couldn’t continue the game as he checked himself out.
However, the fans could breathe as the head coach Rick Barnes said, “He will be back!” Yes, folks, Springer will be back on the court on Wednesday night against Arkansas. In an interview, the coach also reassured me that Springer’s injury is not much to worry about.
“Springer didn’t work out (on Monday), but he was on the floor (Tuesday) and did pretty much what everybody else did. He’ll be back. He practiced today.”
Just a freshman, Jaden has a particular spot reserved on the team. He is the team’s best shooter, and Rick emphasized his importance to the team.
“It’s important. The team played the game the other day without two guys that we count on quite a bit. I still think we’re good enough to handle what goes on, but we didn’t.”
