Undrafted In The 2015 NBA Draft

So, he would spend his three years with European basketball teams (in Spain, Italy & German) until his NBA entry in 2019.

His first-ever professional signing was with the Spanish third-division team Marin Peixegalego on September 11, 2015. There he averaged 6.7 rebounds, 2.2 steals, and 18 points per game.

After that, on July 11, 2016, Green signed with Pallacanestro Trieste of the Serie A2 Basket in Italy. In 45 games with Trieste in the 2016–17 season, he averaged 15.6 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 2.4 steals per game.

The Basketball Bundesliga team Ratiopharm Ulm acquired Javonte on July 25, 2018. In 51 games between the league and EuroCup, Green averaged 13.8 points, 4.7 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 2.3 steals per game.

In the 2019 NBA Summer League, Javonte Green played for the Boston Celtics in five games & averaged 10.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.

On October 25, 2019, Green made his NBA debut as a defensive replacement in the last five seconds of the first half in a 112-106 win against the Toronto Raptors.
