Jeff Badet is a former three-star recruit who was a wide receiver in 2013. Besides, Jeff ranked third on the team in receiving yards and catches during his freshman year.

The former Kentucky player put up 670 yards and four scores on 31 receptions. These numbers were highly rated as a heavy offense by the Oklahoma Sooners.

And he did so by acquiring 26 receptions for 400 yards and three touchdowns and finishing with a 12-12 record.

After impressing teams scouts, Jeff Badet made it to the XFL Draft in 2020. Jeff was drafted by none other than Bob Stoops (as the fourth pick), the general manager at Dallas Renegades. 

Besides, Stoops also coached at Oklahoma Sooners before Jeff arrived in 2017.

During his time at the Renegades, Badet donned unique helmets. They used to feature artists and characters like Michael Jackson, Allen Iverson, and SpongeBob SquarePants. 

As for his game, Jeff caught six passes for 53 yards in his second game against the Los Angeles Wildcats. He finished the first season in Renegades with 16 receptions for 108 yards.

Las Vegas Raiders

After the Falcons waived Badet, the Raiders signed him to their practice squad on November 10. However, the team released him shortly after in December. 

Michigan Panthers

Following his release from the Raiders, the Panthers picked him in the fifteenth round of the 2022 United States Football League Draft as the sixth pick.
