During his playing career, David led his teams toward multiple victories, winning several accolades.
As an international player himself, Jesus’s father played for the Colombian national team from 2001 to 2008.
In 2009, David joined FC Dallas, the team his son, Jesus, now plays for. While at FC Dallas, he earned the MLS MVP title and made it into the 2010 MLS Best XI list.
