However, the head coach Conner resigned, leaving Bibby to lead the team. Though he was not the official head coach, he led the entire team independently.
But, his coaching career hit rock bottom after he was accused of sexual harassment by a teacher at Shadow Mountain High, where he had just become a head coach.
Due to the accusations, he was fired as head coach of the Shadow Mountain High basketball team. But, Bibby was not charged since the teacher could not prove these accusations.
In October 2019, Bibby was hired by Hillcrest Prep and coached them for ten games before officially retiring as a coach as well.
