Sheldon Kennedy new wife or new life partner is Dr Jennifer, with whom he shares a son. It isn’t certain when the two tied the knot or if the two have tied the knot.
Kennedy was previously married to Jana in 1995, with whom he shares a daughter named Ryan Kennedy. The two divorced in 2002 but have said they remained on good terms.
And why wouldn’t they? Jana supported her former husband during the 1997 trial, when Sheldon’s abuser, Graham James, was sentenced to prison.

An advocate for victims of sexual abuse, Kennedy has recently weighed on the London, Ontario, 2018 Canadian World Juniors case. Kennedy said Hockey Canada did their best to hide the case, but they now have to be held accountable.
Four NHL players, Carter Hart, Dillon Dube, Michael McLeod, and Cal Foote, have been charged with sexual assault. Former NHL player Alex Formenton turned himself in to the London Police.
Sheldon Kennedy New Wife: Has He Remarried?
It isn’t certain whether Sheldon Kennedy has a new wife or has remarried. But he does have a new partner in his life.
Sheldon Kennedy previously mentioned about his partner in an interview in 2018. Kennedy was interviewed after he removed his name from the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Center.
In his interview, Sheldon said he wanted to give his full attention to his Respect Group and his family, including his daughter, Ryan, and partner Jen, and their five-month-old son, Lochlin.

The former hockey player added that he wanted to be present and enjoy being the best dad and partner he could be. Sheldon previously shared an appreciation post for his partner on X (formerly Twitter).
He shared the tribute by sharing a picture of Jen and captioned the post, “So proud of my best friend and life partner, Dr. Jennifer. Thank you for all you do to help others.” Sheldon shared the picture on National Physician Day.
Kennedy was previously married to Jana in the 90s, but the two divorced in 2002. Before their divorce, the couple parented a daughter named Ryan.
Jana and Sheldon had been married for five years before their divorce. An article from 2002 mentions Jana was getting to remarry at the time.
Kennedy said one of the reasons he and Jana divorced was because he was still suffering from the mental anguish of being sexually abused.
Sheldon Kennedy Fight Against Abusers
Sheldon Kennedy was only 14 when he was first sexually abused by his coach, Graham James. A Manitoba native, Kennedy first met James at a hockey school near Winnipeg.
After meeting Sheldon, Graham asked his parents to send him to his house to discuss his future and train him. His parents did as James told them, and Sheldon was excited about his hockey career.
But everything came crashing down. The 14-year-old Sheldon would be assaulted while staying at James’ home. Sheldon would try to resist by pretending he was asleep.
But then Graham would turn the lights on, and then he would hold his shotgun and talk about duck hunting. He would then continue to assault Sheldon.
In 1997, Graham was sentenced to 3½ years after he pleaded guilty to 300 counts of abuse against Sheldon.
In 2004, Sheldon established Respect Group with Wayne McNeil to pursue their common passion of preventing bullying, abuse, harassment, and discrimination.
Respect Group has been working closely with Hockey Canada, and last year, 73,000 individuals were certified through Hockey Canada’s partnership with Respect Group.
In 2013, he opened the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre to create a community that responds collectively to child abuse. He removed his name in 2018 but continues to work with the Calgary Child Advocacy Centre.
