Fox Sports Stylist, Noushin Faraji, Accuses Skip Bayless of Unwanted Sexual Advances in Lawsuit!

American sports columnist and commentator Skip Bayless recently faced allegations of making sexual advances toward a former Fox Sports stylist.

The 14-count, 42-page lawsuit, filed on Friday, January 3, 2025, in Los Angeles by former hairstylist Noushin Faraji, includes allegations against Skip Bayless and other Fox Sports staff.

According to reports, Skip allegedly gave Noushin lingering hugs after each haircut, putting his body against hers, while she worked with him when he served as co-host of Fox 1’s Undisputed.

The lawsuit claimed that Skip began to kiss Noushin on her cheeks, and she was uncomfortable by the physical contact and would make excuses to leave right after the haircuts.

Faraji, who worked part-time for Fox Sports from 2012-16 and full-time from 2016-24, also claimed that Bayless told her that he’d change her life if she agreed to have sex.

Noushin accused him of offering her $1.5 million for sex, which he repeatedly denied.

The lawsuit also stated that this harassment continued for years; in 2021, Faraji informed Bayless about an issue she feared could be cancer, hoping Bayless would cease his advances.

However, Bayless instead told her he wanted to be with her and grabbed her hands.

According to Lawsuit,

“Ms. Faraji panicked and began rambling that there were cameras everywhere, that she has a child, and that she does not want him. Mr. Bayless then grabbed her hands, began kissing them, and offered her $1.5 million to have sex.”

The allegations also claim that Bayless didn’t stop and made another advance toward Faraji, a single mother, a week later, which made her say, “Skip, stop, you have a wife,” to which he responded, “Aren’t you Muslim? Doesn’t your dad have three to four wives?

Skip Bayless Allegedly Threatened Noushin Faraji’s Job!

According to the lawsuit, Noushin Faraji initially remained silent about Bayless’ advances and her treatment at Fox, believing she could be in danger if she went public.

The suit claims that Bayless continued to be aggressive toward Noushin and even accused her of having an inappropriate relationship with co-host Shannon Sharpe.

Noushin Faraji felt her job was threatened. In April 2022, Faraji allegedly recorded a conversation between herself and Bayless in which the latter said that he didn’t want Faraji to lose her job, but she could not be seen doing a big thing with his archrival.

In response, Faraji told Bayless that she wasn’t worried about losing her job, to which he said, “I have a love for you, and I have for six years, and you hurt me, and you are ruining this.

However, in 2023, Bayless apologized to Faraji for accusing her of having a relationship with Shannon Sharpe.

Fox Sports fired Noushan from her role in August 2024 based on fabricated reasons when Undisputed got canceled; they also fired Bayless.

In addition to Skip, Fox Sports EVP Charlie Dixon and FS1 host Joy Taylor also faced allegations.

According to the lawsuit, Dixon approached Faraji at a birthday party in 2017, inappropriately touching her.

Joy Talyor, with whom Faraji worked on the Fox sports show Speak, faced accusations of targeting Faraji due to her ethnicity and disability.

The suit also claims Fox employees didn’t get their full wages or overtime and that Fox executives enabled a hostile work environment that allowed senior managers and on-air personalities, including Skip Bayless, to abuse workers without fear of punishment.

Noushan Faraji asked for undisclosed monetary compensation for herself and other non-exempt Fox employees in California.

However, Skip Bayless hasn’t stated anything regarding the allegation.
