Taylor Swift took over East Rutherford, New Jersey, this Memorial Day Weekend with an unforgettable takeover as she continued her record-breaking sold-out Eras Tour for three consecutive nights at the MetLife Stadium.

MetLife is home to two of the nation’s biggest football teams: the New York Jets and the New York Giants.

Following the release of her new full-length album “Midnight,” her devoted fans managed to secure their tickets despite a few minor technical hiccups.

This resulted in a mind-boggling achievement of selling out all 52 nights and over 2.4 million tickets in a matter of mere minutes.

Taylor’s three-night extravaganza at MetLife showcased an exceptional lineup of supporting acts, including Phoebe Bridgers, Gayle, Gracie Abrams, and Owenn.

However, that was just the tip of the iceberg, as Taylor surprised her fans by bringing out some incredible special guests on the first night.

The stage came alive when Jack Antonoff, a renowned producer, joined Taylor to deliver an outstanding performance.

As if that wasn’t enough, the crowd erupted with delight when Isis Naija Gaston, aka Ice Spice, took to the stage, adding an unexpected twist to an already unforgettable night.

On August 1, 2012, a monumental event took place at the stadium, attracting an astounding crowd of 93,000 participants.

This gathering marked the commencement of a 1⁄2-year Daf Yomi study program, setting a historical record for the stadium’s highest capacity attendance.

The impressive number of attendees was made possible through the innovative utilization of on-field seating arrangements and an overwhelming ticket sell-out.

With Swift’s 217,625 attendees over three nights, that’s about 72,541 a night average which might not be as good as the aforementioned event, but an astonishing number for an artist.

Swift also became the first female artist in history to headline and sell out three consecutive shows at the stadium twice.

Taylor’s shows were a true spectacle at MetLife Stadium, boasting breathtaking visuals and unparalleled energy reverberating through the crowd.

As she flawlessly weaved her way through her extensive discography, Swift effortlessly transported fans on a musical journey, capturing their hearts with every note and lyric.
