Professional basketball player Austin Reaves was born on May 29, 1998, in Newark, Arkansas, to Nicole Wilkett and Brian Reaves, both of whom played basketball at Arkansas State.
Austin grew up with his brother Spencer Reaves who played college basketball for North Greenville and Central Missouri.
Austin went to Cedar Ridge High School, where he won back-to-back Class 2A state titles in his first two years.
