Cameron Heyward and his wife, Allie Schwarzwalder, have been married for over 13 years.
The couple has come a long way from sharing the same dormitory in college to being parents of three children.
Moreover, the pair have opened a foundation, The Heyward House, to help as many children and families in need as possible.
Cameron Heyward, born on May 6, 1989, plays as a defensive tackle for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL.
The Pennsylvania-born athlete enrolled at Peachtree Ridge High School before attending the Ohio State University.
After completing his four-year college career, the Pittsburgh Steelers drafted him as the 31st overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft.
He has been playing for the team ever since and has been named to the first-team All-Pro three times (2017, 2019, 2021) and the Pro Bowl six times (2017-2022).

The Steelers athlete’s romantic journey with Allie Schwarzwalder began during their freshman year at Ohio State University when they caught each other’s eye while moving into the university dorms.
For Cam, it was love at first sight, as he described being captivated by Allie upon their first meeting.
“I was glued to her when I first saw her.” He said, “I didn’t know her, but I knew I wanted to get to know her. I thought to myself, There’s no way I’m letting her go. I quickly fell in love with her amazing heart.”
Allie, the then-active varsity volleyball team member, lived in the same dormitory, and Cam and she had similar schedules of practice and workouts.
They spent a significant amount of time together and eventually started dating.
Upon graduation in 2011 and following the NFL lockout’s conclusion, the couple relocated to Pittsburgh.
Their relationship flourished as Cam proposed to Allie at Savoy on New Year’s Eve in 2012.
The two lovebirds exchanged their wedding vows on May 11, 2013, at the Westin Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
They have since become parents to three children: a son named Callen Heyward and daughters named Chloe and Caia.

Allie Elizabeth Schwarzwalder, the daughter of Mike and Mari Schwarzwalder, comes from a loving family of three sisters, including Amy and Sara.
Allie played volleyball in her high school days at North Royalton and continued playing the sport at Ohio State University.
In addition to that, she was also a 2006 USA Volleyball Junior National A2 Team member.

Allie is balancing her life being a mother to their three children while actively contributing to her husband Cameron Heyward’s foundation, The Heyward House.
The main objective is to create a positive influence in the lives of local youth and the broader community.
The foundation was initiated in 2015 by Cameron Heyward, but it began long before because of his childhood experiences.
Growing up, he battled severe asthma, leading to numerous hospital stays and frighteningly close situations.
These challenges seemed to cast doubt on the possibility of him ever participating in any athletic pursuits, let alone a physically demanding sport like football.
