For the first time in more than two decades, the footballing world will witness two European giants facing off against each other.
Chelsea will face Real Madrid in one of the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League in the 20/21 season.

Real Madrid faced Liverpool while Chelsea went up against Porto in their respective quarter-final matches.
The team from the capital of Spain dominated the former UCL champions Liverpool 3-1 in two legs of the competition.
Real are currently in a four-way battle in La Liga against Barcelona, Sevilla and Atletico to be crowned the champions of Spain.
The club from London beat the Portuguese giants Porto 2-1 in the two legs they faced each other.
Chelsea, however, are currently fighting Leicester City, Westham, and Liverpool for the top-four position in the Premier League.

Many players have played for both of these clubs as well as they have a common manager.
Currently, ex-Chelsea stars like Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois are playing for the Los Blancos while Mateo Kovacic, an ex-Madrid player is under the Chelsea banner.

Probable Lineups For The Team
Real Madrid have had a lot of injuries this season, especially to their winger Eden Hazard. The Belgian winger has just made 37 appearances for the Los Blancos.
