Trevor Siemian might not have a sister, but he sure has a supportive brother. The NFL quarterback Trevor Siemian has an older brother named Todd Siemian.
Todd and Trevor grew up playing various sports, and like any other sibling duo, they were competitive. Trevor and Todd played various sports, including baseball, soccer, roller and ice hockey.
But the younger brother, Trevor, excelled far more than his brother in sports. So far that Walter warned Todd’s high school coaches to watch out for his younger son.
The NFL player had already given up his football dreams for baseball, but his mother, Colleen, told him to make the correct decision or he might regret it in the future. So, Trevor chose football.
Since being drafted in 2015, Trevor has had little success in the NFL. He won the Super Bowl in his first season but didn’t play a major role. He has played for the Vikings, Titans, Bears, and Saints and has now returned to the New York Jets.
His first stint with the Jets was in 2019, and with Aaron Rodgers likely out of the season, Siemian will be competing with Zach Wilson for the starting spot.
Does Trevor Siemian Have A Sister? Meet Brother Todd Siemian
Trevor Siemian doesn’t have a sister. But the quarterback does have an older brother named Todd Siemian.
Todd is five years older than his brother, and unlike his brother, Todd chose a life away from the spotlight. A UCF College of Business graduate, Trevor earned a degree in Finance.
After earning his bachelor’s degree, Todd enrolled at Crummer Graduate School of Business, and while pursuing his MBA, Todd also joined MD Practice Consulting as a Business Development Manager.
He worked at MD Practice Consulting till 2012, the same year as he earned his MBA. In 2013, Trevor joined HCS Healthcare as a Professional Healthcare Recruiter and slowly climbed the ranks in the company.
By the time he left the company in 2018, Todd was the Director of Recruiting. The same year, he joined HealthCare Support as Manager of Perm Operations, but that lasted for only nine months.
Since then, Todd has been running the company Truck Staffing. The company is in its fourth year and survived the pandemic. During the pandemic, Todd had also opened a podcast like many others.
He called his podcast Searchers and Seekers Podcast, which discussed the complicated relationship between employers and employees. Todd is available on Instagram with the username @toddsiemian but has kept his handle private.
The older brother of Trevor Siemian is married and has a son whose snaps he has shared on his Facebook page. Todd lives in Orlando, Florida, and earlier this year, in March, the two brothers were seen playing golf at Bay Hill.
The two brothers were joined by the professional golfer Tyrrell Hatton, with Trevor sharing the snap of their outing on his Instagram.
Trevor Siemian Parents, Walter Siemian And Colleen Siemian
Trevor Siemian’s parents, Walter and Colleen Siemian, do not come from a sporting background. His father, Walter Siemian, is a plastic surgeon, and his mom, Colleen Siemian, is a nurse.
Dr. Siemian obtained his bachelor’s degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and later graduated from Medical School at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
The plastic surgeon completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Florida. He is affiliated with multiple hospitals in Orlando, including Orlando Health-Orlando Regional Medical Center and Orlando Health South Lake Hospital, where he has lived for 25 years.
In 2016, the quarterback shared that his father once hung up on him, though he called him with good news.
Trevor had called to inform his dad that he had been chosen to be the starting quarterback for the Broncos, but his father cut the call short, saying he had to perform surgery.
But Trevor could’ve certainly used better wording as in the call he said, “I got the job,” which made his dad think it was about a sponsorship deal.
Previously, Colleen had talked about her son and the chip he had on his shoulder for being a seventh-round pick. But through thick and thin, the couple supported their son.
