Clark played college basketball at University. He started his professional journey as a basketball player.

In his sophomore season, Clark became one of the top defensive players in the AAC with his excellent game skills and talent.

The same year, Clark was named second-team All-AAC and the Defensive conference Player of the Year.

The officials selected Clark to the preseason All-AAC first team after noticing his skills and potential in the game in junior year.

At the end of the senior season, Clark earned the title AAC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year.

NBA Career

Clark signed up for the 2018 NBA Draft but remained undrafted. Later he signed with the Houston Rockets.

The Houston Rockets gave Clark his NBA debut on October 17, 2018, against the New Orleans Pelicans. Unfortunately, the Rockets lost the match to the Pelicans.

Clark had signed a two-way deal with the Rockets, but looking at his talent and dedication, the Rockets changed the contract to a standard agreement in December 2018.

After nearly two years, On January 7, 2020, the Rockets released Clark from the contract. 

On January 14, 2020, the Orlando Magic signed Clark for a ten-day deal. After ten days, the contract was extended for the next ten days by the Magic.

Clark played well during that time, which led the contract to extend for the rest of the season. On November 23, 2020, the Magic re-signed Clark.

After playing for four months, Clark was exchanged to the Denver Nuggets on March 25, 2021. He played a total of two matches for the Nuggets before being waived.

On May 11, 2021, Clark entered a two-way deal with the Philadelphia 76ers. He was with the 76ers for six months.

In his playing career, Clark has also played for the NBA G League. On November 5, 2021, Clark signed with the Capitanes de Ciudad de México.
