During George’s time at SSA, David Eristavi saw him play and instantly recognized his talent. Then he invited George to play with his U12 team.

After George played with Eristavi’s team, he never returned to the SSA. He then played for Eristavi’s Alpharetta Ambush for the next five years.

George confessed that he knew he would make it to Atlanta United. When his coach, Tony Annan, was at Georgia United, he wanted George to come there.

But when Tony left and joined Atlanta United, Tony approached George. It was like a dream come true for George, and he accepted the offer.

Though Eristavi lost a quality player from Alpharetta Ambush, he was happy George moved to a bigger opportunity with Atlanta United.

Rumors were on the media that the soccer player would play for Chelsea, but the news did not come true.

After great career development training for years, George signed a contract with the Atlanta United FC on June 17, 2017. During his signing, other teammates like Lagos Kunga and Patrick Okonkwo also were signed by Atlanta United.

Following a year in 2018, on March 31, George played his first game for Atlanta United 2, an MLS reserve team.

In February 2019, George went for his international club debut for Atlanta United FC in the CONCACAF Champions League against Herediano, but they lost.
