Jerian Grant | Early Life, Family & Education
Jerian Grant is a magnificent player who was born on October 9, 1992. Grant’s hometown is Silver Spring, Maryland.
Grant is American, but he belongs to the African ethnicity. He is a simple guy who grew up along with the simplicity of the town where he resided. Three of his siblings added different colors of joy and delight to his life.
His brother Jerami Grant is a professional basketball player too. Jerian completed his studies at DeMatha Catholic High School that is Hyattsville, Maryland. He incredibly played basketball for his high school team also.
As a freshman, he held an average of 12.3 points and 4.97 rebounds in his college career. He received enough love and adoration from his parents, Harvey and Beverly. Jerian was bright and passionate from an early age.
Harvey Grant, his father, also was a professional basketball player. Being inspired by his father, he took his footsteps and turned his passion to his father’s, and shone brighter.
This young guy showed his dedication and commitment to anything he loved. And his love was and still is “Basketball.” His passion drove him towards the path of success he probably had never imagined.
Simplicity is one of the precious pieces of value that doesn’t require any fashion or show-off to look beautiful and pleasing. It’s naturally attractive and fascinating. It is, in fact, a game-changer.
Jerian moved ahead with this simplicity norm in his life, and today his success is at such a peak that probably not a single narrow piece or sense of people will be able to move it. And by a limited understanding of people I mean, judgment.
His passion picked him up from a simple narrow life and pursued him towards becoming a millionaire.

Both were on the same team at DeMatha Catholic High School (Hyattsville, Maryland) and on the same AAU squad, Team Takeover, where they got even close.
The Magic Guard victor, Oladipo, became a frequent visitor in the Grant household.
The trio(Jerian, his older brother, and Oladipo) spent hours together after school. There were times when Oladipo stayed over at their home for a few nights.
These boys are quite popular in terms of their brotherhood and friendship. Despite being players from different teams and despite playing several matches against each other, these still manage to light their bond.
Over time, the connection between friends and teammates became much more significant.
“I don’t even look at him as a friend, more like a brother,” Oladipo, Grant’s best friend, said.
Later, Grant similarly described their bond, saying how unique and strong their relationship is.

The time when Orlando Magic got Jerian Grant, was one of the last opportunities for the young point guard.
He had bounced around the league from the New York Knicks to the Chicago Bulls, showing flashes that his size and patience could bring.
Grant was developing as a shooter. But no player was more of a tweener than him — not quite good enough off the ball to be a shooting guard but not much of a playmaker to be a fantastic point guard.
He had so many skills to keep getting chances at the very least. But his rookie contract was running out, and as a result, it didn’t go well.
