Millie Bright’s partner, Levi Crew, is a London-based licensed Hintsa coach. He has been working in the fitness world for a decade.
Crew graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a Nutrition, Health, and Lifestyle degree in 2014. During his time in Sheffield Hallam, Levi was part of the Rugby League and American Football teams.
After earning his bachelor’s degree, Levi immediately enrolled in Sheffield’s master’s program and earned his master’s degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Science in 2016.
Levi’s love for fitness stemmed from a young age, as by the time he was in his sophomore year in college, he worked as a Personal Trainer for Wellbeing Fitness.
He has previously worked as a strength and conditioning coach for several rugby teams, including Rotherham Titans and Sheffield Eagles RLFC.
In 2018, Levi joined EXOS, an American company known for enhancing athletes’ performances. He joined the company as a Personal Trainer and was later promoted to Performance Specialist.
In 2020, during the pandemic, it became harder to train people face-to-face, so Levi established LC Performance Coaching, an online coaching program. On his Instagram, Levi has shared several pictures of his clients’ transformation.
In 2022, along with providing online coaching, Levi joined Hintsa Performance as a Performance Coach. Previously, Millie has also made several appearances on her boyfriend’s Instagram, talking about fitness and training.

Millie Bright and Levi Crew went public with their relationship in 2020, with the soccer player sharing a photo of them in a car.
The England defender shared a photo of her and Levi making funny faces and captioned the post, “My goofball.”
A couple of weeks after Millie’s post, Levi took to his Instagram to wish Millie on her 27th birthday. He shared a few pictures of them on a date, captioning the post, “I Hope you had a great 27th!”
Millie replied to the post, “I did beautiful thanks to you.” Since then, the couple has made multiple appearances on each other’s social media handles.
Last year in September, the two took a trip to Egypt, with Millie sharing a gallery of images from their rendezvous on her Instagram.
With Millie winning the Euros with the Lionesses, she capped off the perfect year with a trip to Canada with Levi.
In recent years, the couple has also expanded its small family as they have two furry babies accompanying them on trips.
Last month, before the preparation for the Euros began, the couple took a short trip to Devon with their cute dogs.
