Fans of MLB are wondering who Marcus Semien wife Tarah Murrey is. She was also a professional volleyball player who stepped on the national and international stages.
Marcus Andrew Semien is a professional baseball shortstop and second baseman for the MLB team Texas Rangers, along with Robbie Grossman, Brad Miller, Martin Perez, & Nathan Eovaldi, among others.
Previously he played for the Toronto Blue Jays, Oakland Athletics, and Chicago White Sox.
Born on September 17, 1990, the 48-year-old baseball star’s journey started from El Cerrito Youth Baseball.
The player later enrolled in St. Mary’s High School. After being chosen all-league three times the Chicago White Sox selected him in the 34th round of the 2008 MLB draft.
Surprisingly, Semien enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley rather than sign the contract where he played baseball for the California Golden Bears.
Since the start of 2019, only Semien has produced at least 6.0 bWAR throughout numerous seasons in the Majors.

The stunning Tarah (Murrey) Semien is the wife of Marcus Semien. Born on 28 March 1990, she is an American volleyball player.
Talking about her schooling, she also went to St. Mary’s High just like her husband and to top it off she got her degree in Sociology
She played volleyball for both her high school and college teams.

Murrey was also an assistant volleyball coach for her previous college’s team from 2015 to 2016. It was the same team she played for.
On top of that, she competed at the Girls’ Youth NORCECA Volleyball Championship in 2006 and took first place. At the time, the most valuable player award went to her.
She had participated in volleyball matches for the women’s teams of Cuatto Giaveno Volley and Vaqueras de Bayamón at the University of California, Berkeley.

Sharing a memory Damien describes the image of Marcus lying in bed and using his baseball glove as a pillow as still fresh and in his forefront.
In 1990, Damien was playing football for Cal-Berkeley when Marcus was born. He chose Cal to play collegiate baseball in part because he attended Cal games growing up.
Talking about his mother, she was still in college when she was pregnant with Marcus.
She mentions that even when carrying Marcus, she never bothered getting up early for classes in the same Berkeley dorms as her son later would.
Both of his parents have been very supportive throughout his journey and they have molded him to be the man that he is today.
